Smoke Eater Inferno is a Scotch Bonnet-based hot sauce, hand made in small batches using fresh local ingredients grown here in the Niagara Region and slightly smoked with a proprietary blend of local fruitwood.
It isn't melt your face off hot, but it's significantly hotter than it's older sibling.
This sauce is still AMAZING on anything edible...but it's definitely for a tougher palate. It's what you need if the OG Smoke Eater leaves you wanting more fire.
