This savory rub is delicious on just about everything especially Alouettes, thinly sliced strips of lean meat - typically moose or caribou - layered with a strip of bacon, rolled and held together with a toothpick. Season with Torngat Alouette Rub and place in the fridge for a few hours. When ready, grill over medium heat until the bacon is cooked.
