We're bringing world class BBQ classes to Newfoundland and Labrador and very excited to welcome the Canadian Cajun, the Picana King of the North - the legendary Mel Chmilar Jr. of Dark Side of the Grill fame!
While Mel's from Edmonton, he's spent his recent years cooking around the globe to the delight of thousands of rabid BBQ fans.

Who is this for: This class is suitable for all skill levels from brand new to the smoking game to back yard pitmaster level 10.

During this class you will learn about smoking and grilling using charcoal and pellets.
We will be sharing tips for cooking pork, chicken, beef, and seafood.
We will be eating everything we cook.
There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and attendees will be called upon to assist.
Bottled water will be provided and other beverages will be available for purchase.
